"The weather and us" - An alpine village tells its story

The themed trail "The weather and us" uses audio and text documents to show what it means for the inhabitants of the alpine village of Guttannen to deal with extreme weather and climate change. It is a unique listening experience, an opportunity to experience life in the alpine village of Guttannen at first hand.

Start your tour with the first panel in front of the village hall, Plätzli 186, 3864 Guttannen. You will find QR codes on the themed trail that you can scan with your smartphone. This will take you directly to the overview with the map of Guttannen and you can also listen to the audio files. Continue from one station to the next.

The text panels are easy to understand and the audio files contain recordings of children and adults, mostly in the local dialect Haslideutsch.
