The Haslital offers a variety of trail running routes to suit all levels – from easy forest paths to challenging alpine trails. Please note that some routes may be very busy or covered in snow during the summer.
The right kit for trail running
The right kit ensures greater safety and comfort when trail running. Trail running shoes with good grip, functional clothing, plenty of water and – depending on the route – weather and emergency kit are all part of the basic kit.
Behaviour whilst trail running
Respect nature and be considerate of other visitors. Stay on marked paths, be considerate towards other walkers and do not leave any rubbish behind. Before every walk, check the weather, trail conditions and which routes are open, and assess your abilities realistically.
