The Steingletscher Alpine dairy offers more than just cheese. From the milk of their cows, they produce fresh yoghurts, butter, cream and above all cheese such as Mutschli, Hobelkäse, Alpkäse and Raclettekäse. One of the cheese dairy's specialities is cave cheese, which matures for 12 months in a cave in Innertkirchen, giving it an unforgettable, tangy flavour.
