The specialities are Röschti in different variations, Älplermagronen, Raclette or a hearty Büüre plate for a snack. If you're feeling peckish, there are cheese sandwiches and hamburgers.

The plum, apple and hazelnut cakes are particularly popular. They are freshly baked every morning, and also in the afternoon if demand is high.

Great importance is attached to the origin of the products. Wherever possible, products from Switzerland are used. Alpine cheese, for example, is produced on the Hääggen in summer. The potatoes are supplied by the farmer. The schnapps comes from Lucerne high-stem trees.
